Evangelism
Our Lord has directed us to “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation" (Mark 16:15). That good news is the gospel of Jesus, that "While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).
Preaching the good news (EVANGELISM) involves strengthening the faith of those who already know the gospel, and spreading it to those who don't yet know Jesus as their Savior. The Evangelism Committee of St. Paul's seeks to do both by:
The Evangelism Committee meets once a month. Watch for future events to be posted on our website (or the calendar).
For more information, contact Pastor Joel Kluender.
Ladies Guild
Ladies Guild is a joint organization with ladies from St. Paul’s in Platteville and sister congregation Faith in Lancaster. They meet on the first Thursday of each month in Platteville. In addition to business meetings, they also have an annual picnic, an outing and a Christmas Party.
The Guild gives semi-annual gifts to home and foreign missions, has bible studies to strengthen spiritual needs, organize many fellowship dinners for the congregations, create banners to symbolize their beliefs in the Triune God and assist the pastor and congregations as needed.
Meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of each month at 1:30pm with a luncheon following. Contact Lois Mueller (nordic@mhtc.net) if interested.
Sunday SChool
We offer Sunday School at 10:30am (after our weekly worship service) to children from age 3 up to 8th grade.
Each week the children learn a new lesson from the Bible and what it teaches them about their Savior, Jesus. The younger students also make small projects which remind them of that lesson.
For more information, please contact Pastor Joel Kluender (608) 349-6776.

Youth Group
The purpose of our youth ministry is to encourage spiritual growth and Christian fellowship among the younger members at St. Paul's. The hope is to encourage the habits of daily Bible reading and prayer, and to help them build friendships with other Christian young people. They are also encouraged to help out in mission work throughout our community and synod.
